Brandt born within Cape Town South Africa with her parents and siblings, moved from Cape Town South Africa to Auckland New Zealand when she was in her teens. Brandt was spotted locally by casting directors. She was then offered the lead role as Naevia on the Starz sensation Spartacus Blood and Sand and Spartacus Gods of the Arena. Lesley-Ann Brandt was born on 2nd December the 2nd of December 1981 at Cape Town South Africa. She is a New Zealand actress with a impressive talent. Lesley Brandt, along with the rest of her family, relocated into Auckland New Zealand back in 1999. Her first job was working in Auckland as a store manager before being made an IT consultant. Lesley's professional career started with couple of model projects. Then she appeared in countless commercial advertisements. Her graduation was with a degree in acting in the year 2008. In 2009 she began training in Meisner Methods of Study. The first time she was seen in New Zealand was as a TV actor on Diplomatic Immunity. Lesley Brandt is a supporting character on New Zealand television drama Shortland Street. In a subsequent sci-fi adaptation This Is Not My Life she played the city of Waimoana. Lesley Brandt played Naevia in the series Spartacus: Blood and Sand. She later portrayed the role in Spartacus: Gods of the Arena.
